 Marcus DeValentino & Team Cardio Kickboxing Instructors:

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Marcus and all of the participants in the Instructors Course.  It was a great course, well laid-out, and progressively built on the principles and moves in the sport of Kickboxing.  I thought I saw and performed most of the moves as were demonstrated over the past year or so in the weekly C-K sessions.  Apparently I was way off.  After reviewing my notes from the class, reading from the provided manual, and reviewing the DVDs, I am becoming more aware of how little I know and how much I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge.  The cuing practice was especially helpful.  I've been singing cadence for some time with my current and previous commands, and knew all about the "Art of Cuing", but it's a very different monster in an exercise room.  I have also found myself thinking of different routines while listening to the CD's and various tunes from the radio.

Thanks again for an outstanding course.  I look forward to a bigger and brighter future with this program at its base.

Kyoshi DeValentino!

We held our 1st Cardio Kickboxing classes in Beulaville last night!  What an experience!  We have had a tremendous response - almost 60 clients!  Both classes went very well.  It is exciting to know that we will be helping and encouraging others to become more fit!  We all have been very blessed by this entire undertaking.

Thank you so much for all that you have done for us!  We will keep you posted on our progress!
